Narasimha Kshetras – Nava Narasimha Temples

Similar to the Ashta Vinayaka temples, Dwadasa Jyotirlinga temples shrines of Lord Shiva, and Ashtadasa Shakti Peethas of Goddess Parvathi, The “Narasimha Kshetras” consist of nine sacred temples dedicated to Lord Narasimha Swami, where he is venerated in various avatars.

These temples are situated in the southern Indian states of Andhra Pradesh—namely Ahobilam, Simhachalam, Penchalkonda, Vedadri, Antarvedi, Mangalagiri, and Malakonda or Malayadri—and Telangana, which includes Yadagiri Gutta or Yadadri and Dharmapuri.
